9-08-2025 As indicated in the August 28, 2025 HPMS memo, Clarification of Enrollment of PACE Participants for Medicare Payment, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued guidance clarification regarding Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) participants who become eligible for Medicare.
In accordance with these changes, the RPC has updated both the Retroactive and EDV Documentation Requirements Matrices. The revised Matrices can be found in the respective RPC Submission Toolkits section of this website, linked below.
