2-6-2026 As outlined in the MAPD Help Desk communication CMS Security Policy – Secure Transmission of PII/PHI, electronic communications containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) in the body of the email or in an email attachment must be sent in a protected manner. Consistent with this policy, please utilize the Transaction Inquiry (TIQ) template to securely submit inquiries to RPC Client Services via the eRPT application. The RPC Transaction Inquiry Template can be found on our website at the following link: https://www.reedassociates.org/rpc-client-services/.

If your question does not align with the TIQ format, please review the following options prior to submitting an email inquiry.

1. For technical questions pertaining to eRPT functionality or application error messages, please contact the MAPD Help Desk at 1-800-927-8069 or MAPDHelp@cms.hhs.gov

3. 2-6-2026 In accordance with the sunsetting of Medicare Medicaid Plans (MMP) on 12/31/2025, the RPC will no longer be processing MMP retroactive requests submitted after March 2nd, 2026. 9-08-2025 As indicated in the August 28, 2025 HPMS memo, Clarification of Enrollment of PACE Participants for Medicare Payment, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued guidance clarification regarding Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) participants who become eligible for Medicare.
